 The Conteros Study has an ideal location to visit the city of Seville. It is located just a few meters from the Cathedral and Giralda, the most important monuments in Seville. This street is a beautiful starting point for any holiday in Seville and particularly spectacular during Holy Week "Semana Santa" when you can see various processions daily pass under your balcony. 

The apartment is unique and conserves many of the original details of the building, it has been decorated in an elegant and modern line with the total well-being of its occupants in mind. It consists of a combined living and bedroom with a 1.50cm * 190cm bed and 5 balconies overlooking the street. In this same room we find the open kitchen, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The bathroom with shower, is independent.

The entire study is exterior which makes it bright and airy. On the second floor of the building guests can enjoy access to a common terrace with a seating area with views of the Cathedral where they can enjoy the wonderful weather of Seville.
