Conteros House is located at number 10 of the same street and it is the perfect location to enjoy a special stay in Seville in a traditional Spanish home. 

On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall, one bedroom and a small wash room. The bedroom has an double bed 1.60cm * 190cm and an antique chest with a small sitting area. The bathroom on this floor is compact and consists of a small wash basin and toilet. 

On the first floor there is a beautiful living room furnished and decorated tastefully, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with everything you would need. The living room has a balcony with a lovely view to the street in front. 

On the second floor is completely open with two sleeping areas and a large bathroom. There are two large double beds measuring 1.60cm * 190cm. The bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. 

On the top floor there is access to a rooftop terrace equipped with a sitting area and dining table to enjoy the year-round beautiful weather in Seville. This terrace also has views of the Cathedral. 

The area where Conteros house is located is one of the most exclusive and attractive in Seville, right in the historical center 30 metres from the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar. 

In addition the House is close to many small shops and just a few minutes walk from the main shopping streets and Plaza Nueva.
