Verde House is located at number 14 of the same hose name street and it is the perfect location to enjoy a special stay in Seville in a traditional Spanish home. 

On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall, the living room, the kitchen and the dining area. The double sofa bed in this level can fit confortably 2 guests to sleep in it. A skylight provides a constant beam of natural light in all spaces

On the first floor we can find a full equiped master bedroom and the main bathroom for both ground and 1st floor

On the second floor we found other 2 bedrooms. One with a double bedroom and a ensuite bathroom, and the other featuring a couch-twin beds set up.

On the top floor is the 3rd bathroom,giving service for the bedroom without it in the 2nd floor, and to the terrace area too. There we can fine a nice chillout area and the double gem of the building. A jacuzzi up for 4 people, and wonderfuls views to the historical downtonwn skyline.

The area where the house is located is in the heart of the historical jewish quartier, full of narrow, calm and silent streets, less than 5 minutes walking of one of the main avenues of the city, and also less than 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral, Giralda and Alcazar. 

An oasis in the heart of the city, full of conveniences.
